The Manila Bay Resorts, developed by Japanese-led Tiger Resort, Leisure and Entertainment Inc. will rise in the Philippine Amusement Gaming Corporation Entertainment’s (PAGCOR) 120-hectare Entertainment City in Parañaque city come 2015. The vision for the integrated resort is a grand 30,000m2 casino, six-star and five-star hotels and top-notch entertainment options, as well as the country's a man-made beach resort with 100-meter diameter indoor glass dome.

The Pinnacle@Duxton is a 2.5-hectare residential complex located at 1 Cantonment Road, Singapore. The project features the world's two longest sky gardens of 500 metres (1,600 ft) each, on both the 26th and 50th floors. All seven towers that form The Pinnacle@Duxton are the world's tallest public housing buildings. The project consists of seven connected 50-storey towers, with a total of 1,848 units.

Developed by PT. Initland, the iconic South Quarter is a prime multi-use Development created upon the concept of sustainability. South Quarter is perfectly nestled in a 7.2 hectare area, by far the largest in the city of Jakarta. The array of facilities provided, while maintaining 80% open space, offers an environment that would conductively inspire visitors to a greater level of performance, making South Quarter more than just a workplace.

Stasiun Kereta Api, Medan, is the main city station of Medan, the capital of Sumatra, Indonesia. It is also the place of Indonesia's first high-speed airport rail link.
